Our Aims:

The group’s main aim is to promote nature conservation in Cirencester’s green spaces by working with members of the local community and in partnership with others including: Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Cirencester Town Council and other voluntary organisations.

We also aim to provide a meeting place for those interested in nature conservation, to inspire more people to take action for nature and to encourage everyone to appreciate Cirencester’s wildlife and natural green spaces along with providing opportunities for educational involvement.

Our Mission:

To conserve and enhance Cirencester’s green spaces for the benefit of wildlife and the local community.

To carry out wildlife surveys, the results of which will be shared as evidence of the local habbitats and to support the protection of bidiversity.

To seek and secure any grants and funding nescesary to support the aims and acivities of the group.

To co-operate with and support other organisations with simelar aims.
